Like every Cule hatch, the CLW75 is designed and manufactured in West Auckland from premium 6063 alloy, extruded from billet sourced from the Tiwai Point smelter giving it exceptional strength, rigidity and corrosion resistance, in a hatch made for NZ conditions. The high-grade acrylic lid is chosen for clarity and UV stability, sealed with 100% EPDM rubber for maximum waterproofing.
Friction-stay telescopic arms open to 105° and lock at any angle for controlled ventilation, while glass-reinforced nylon interior handles include security locks and can be secured fully closed or in ventilation mode. Hinge pins are 316 stainless, fully encapsulated for smooth operation year after year. Frames come pre-drilled for easy installation, with matching trim kits available for a clean finish.
