Unwanted Goods

We believe you will be very satisfied with your purchase from Cule Marine. However, if you change your mind about an item you've recently purchased, you can return it to us, and we'll offer you an exchange or refund. We ask that:

• You return the product within 30 days of purchase.
• You provide proof of purchase.
• The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that we don’t refund the original shipping costs.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event an item is faulty or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to discuss and organise return of the item. Once received, the item will be assessed and we will be back in touch to confirm options. We will seek to repair or replace items in the first instance. If this is not possible we will refund the original purchase price including any shipping costs.
